Meet Suhail Mirza, creator of the W.I.S.D.O.M model of coaching.

Suhail graduated from the London School of Economics with a degree in Law and transitioned from an employment rights lawyer to a successful entrepreneur in the business world. He has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector and was previously co-owner of a family adult social care business with over 250 employees

 

Suhail is a highly respected figure in the staffing, recruitment, health, and social care sectors. He serves as a specialist advisor and Chairman to several businesses, including FuturU, Newcross Healthcare Solutions, and ProMedical. He has also worked with Engage Specialist Recruitment, Camino Partners, Empresaria Group member IMS, and served as a judge at the Talent/Recruitment International Awards.

 

Suhail has written for various publications such as Health Investor, Caring Times, and Healthcare Market News on health and social care markets. He is also the author of Meet the CEO, a highly acclaimed book published in 2016, and Many Mansions, which became an Amazon bestseller two years later. He also writes poetry working on a trilogy named  ''The Flames of Love''.
