There's Magic In Movement - Get Moving

When you are feeling low , sometimes the best thing to get clarity , presence and quieten the noise is going out for a walk. I cannot tell you how many times not only have I calmed my mind but also been able to find creative ideas through them.

I know its simplistic but sometimes simple is the most effective. Little efforts in giving yourself the best chance to recover are those that we do the most consistently and achieve results. Getting to move whether its a short walk or a brisk exercise run can always make a difference in focus, wellbeing and mental state.
