Research has shown that people usually leave jobs not because of the work, but because of the workplace culture . Mental health can be eroded by micro-aggressions, tone of voice, exclusion, condescending comments , race related (''but where are you really from?'') and blanking. These issues often go unnoticed, but can have a significant impact.
